Since most of our Glass Tears products are given as heartfelt keepsakes, we have chosen to offer a “Broken Glass Guarantee” to our valued customers. If a Glass Tears figurine or jewelry product is accidentally broken, we will replace the item for 50% of the current retail cost, plus shipping.
